Levin General Merchandise, Lindsborg Kansas,  1.5" in diameter, "Good For $1.00 In Merchandise" printed on the opposite side.  Patina brass and copper chain create this 33" necklace.   1870-1920's saw the highest use of trade/merchant tokens, mostly for promotion and extending credit in rural towns.
